Acceptance of these terms

By using the platform you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

Definitions

"Platform" means the Salonsgo website, its apps, and the salon dashboard. "Salon" means a beauty business subscribed to the service. "Client" means a person who books an appointment through the platform.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or over, or have a guardian book on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

Our role as a platform

Salonsgo provides booking and management software. The salon is the provider of the beauty service and is solely responsible for its quality and safety, for the tools and products used, and for its staff holding the licences the law requires.

We are not a party to the relationship between you and the salon, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any beauty service.

Bookings, cancellations, and no-shows

Cancellation, lateness, and no-show policies are set by each salon and are shown to you before you confirm a booking. A late cancellation or a no-show may incur a fee determined by the salon.

Prices, VAT, and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include 15% value added tax unless stated otherwise.

Electronic payments are processed by licensed payment service providers. Refunds are handled through the salon and under its policy, unless the law provides otherwise.

Salon subscriptions

Subscription plans run for a fixed term and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled before it ends.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and your access continues until that date. Any free trial is subject to the terms published at the time of sign-up.

Acceptable use

When using the platform, the following are prohibited:

• Making fake or fraudulent bookings.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform, or to bypass its access controls.
• Automated scraping or copying of platform content without written permission.
• Impersonating another person or business.
• Publishing content that breaches the laws or public morals of the Kingdom.

Content and reviews

You keep ownership of what you post, and by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.

A review must be based on an actual experience. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, or unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Salonsgo name, logo, software, and designs belong to us and are protected by law. Using the platform grants you no rights in them.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim for continuity of service but do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we may pause the service for maintenance or development.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or where fraud is suspected.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the quality of a salon's services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of the platform.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Language of this agreement

Where the Arabic and English versions of these terms differ, the Arabic version prevails.
